LiN Primary Care follows the Direct Primary Care (DPC) model of affordable and accessible healthcare for patients. Direct Primary Care strives to simplify one aspect of healthcare by strengthening the relationship between patients and providers, and minimizing the influence and complications of those outside of that relationship.

From the very beginning, your interactions are solely with the doctor, from scheduling your first appointment to every conversation afterward. The doctor will be accessible by phone, text, and email, with options for telehealth and home visits in addition to the traditional in-office visits.
❋ Small Patient Panel
LiN Primary Care is a medical micropractice in New Albany, Indiana. At any given time, there will be less than 300 total patients in the practice, allowing greater flexibility in scheduling, more time for visits, and more efficient patient-centered care.
❋ Affordability
DPCs operate on an affordable monthly rate with transparent pricing for additional services. Membership rates vary by age, and discounts are offered for extended contracts. Health insurance cannot be used for DPC fees, but FSA and HSA funds can normally be used. Consultation with a tax accountant is advised.

Both preventative health and chronic health conditions, like diabetes and high cholesterol are best managed by individualizing plans of care. While evidence based practice and guidelines are the gold standard for care, each patient’s experiences should also play a significant role in every healthcare decision.
